What is an FFP22834, EN149: 2001 + A1: 2009 FFP2 NR mask for?
It serves to protect the wearer and other people. Despite restrictions on wearing, the masks as a piece of clothing can actively help to reduce the speed of the airflow or the ejection of droplets when speaking, sneezing or coughing.
We call our masks FFP2 masks and label them externally with all the important information to make it clear to our customers and their counterparts that you, as the wearer of these masks, actively and consciously contribute to the protection of yourself and others.
What makes our masks Special?
They are particularly light, soft and therefore extremely comfortable to wear. Of course, this has no negative influence on the effect.
Our masks are cut in such a way that the mouth, nose and cheeks are properly covered and they nestle comfortably against the face including the chin. The fit can be individually adjusted with the nosepiece.
The shape of the mask may seem a bit unusual to some, but it has several practical reasons: Due to the volume in front of the mouth, the material of the mask does not get wet so quickly. This is important, as moistening the mask is no longer beneficial. In addition, speaking with our masks is pleasant because the lips are not pressed in. This means that you can also be understood much better than would be the case with very thick masks that fit extremely close to the mouth.
How do I put my mask on?
Grasp the mask by the two loops, hold it in front of your face and pull the straps behind your ears. The fabric of the mask should of course cover the mouth and nose - not just the mouth. The closer the mask is, the better. Use the metal bracket to snug the mask over the bridge of your nose and cheeks. If necessary, you can also make an additional adjustment with the supplied adjusters. Make sure, however, that enough air is supplied to breathe.
The individual steps:
Take the mask out of the box and unfold it by pulling the straps
Place the mask on your face with the nose seal facing up
Stretch the ligaments and wrap them around your ears
Place the mask on your face, with the label facing out, and press the nose seal around your nose to ensure it is sealed
Recommended usage time: 4-8 hours
What else should I consider?
The basic rules of conduct and recommendations of authorities and approved organizations should also be observed when wearing a mask
